No one want to have a painful tooth. The truth is that the moment a tooth (or teeth) has begun feeling painful it’s really tough to focus or think of anything else.

Each one of us had to deal with some toothache and mouth pain. Normally you’ll go right to your dentist but what if you don’t have to? What if you could get rid of your toothache the natural way and improve your overall dental health at the same time? Diane Puttman is hoping to offer this to you. She has created a book titled How to Get Rid of A Toothache Naturally in Less than Twelve Hours and claims that it can help you heal your oral health issues.

Diane Puttman is seasoned in selling e-books. She has also penned a hot e-book with the title Banish Tonsil Stones. That book, like the one that is the focus of this article, is also about natural ways to help cure your tonsils. This isn’t Diane’s first time trying to sell her own e-books.

Diane Puttman’s book How to Get Rid of a Toothache Naturally in Less than Twelve Hours has a price tag of only $30 and sold through the Clickbank store. It will show you the most effective way to deal with oral pain even after your dentist and oral surgeon were unable to help you feel better. She discovered several secrets held by native folks in Polynesia. The members of these tribes have some of the most exceptional oral health in the whole world despite the fact they’ve never been to a dentist or had any “first world” dentistry so she tried out a few of the things that they use and was met with genuinely terrific results.

This book offers a good deal of promises. It will show you the most effective way to naturally plug your own cavities, regrow your own tooth enamel and several acupressure techniques you can use to alleviate pain you might be experiencing. There are lots of promises extended to you on the sales page for this book and when you read it, you might think that this is the best book in the world. It certainly makes its price tag of $30 appear modest. The fact that has a sixty day money back guarantee is likewise rather nice. If you have had lots of issues with dental health, you have many reasons to purchase this book.

The problem we have, though, is that Diane Puttman seems to have discovered all of this information for free in her own time. She performed a bunch of research but there is no indication of her having spent money to learn the things she has learned. Hence, we wonder why spend money if you can obtain all of the same information for free? Plainly, the price might be worth it if it saves you a lot of time but if you can’t afford it, why not do the research yourself? It is totally your decision to make.

Tooth ache is frequently brought on by rotting teeth, which also trigger terrible breath. If you have terrible breath you really should consider buying a product like The Bad Breath Report. At the very least you should look into the The Bad Breath Report review to understand what folks say about it, and whether or not you might be able to receive a The Bad Breath Report bonus.

Anything that is too much is not good, as the saying goes. But anything in enough amount and done regularly will surely give a good outcome. Same analogy can be applied in bad breath treatment—ways to prevent bad breath, when done one-time-big-time might make bad breath worse but ways to treat bad breath when done regularly, will surely give a desirable result.

Who does not want a fast way to treat bad breath? Many products in the market give this promise of treating bad breath in just a whip. But experts claim that most fast ways to treat bad breath only make the problem worse. Brushing, flossing, gargling mouthwash are usual oral health practices that are often done more frequently by people who suffers bad breath. The practice might sound good, but the effect is bad. When a person brushes, flosses, and gargles more frequently than suggested, the teeth lose their outer covering called the enamel which makes the teeth brittle and more prone to plaque and cavity.

Toothpastes and mouthwashes also contain alcohol and acid that cause dry mouth. When these chemicals are often brought in the mouth, mouth drying may occur. Frequent flossing, on the other hand, widens the gap between teeth which instead of cleaning corners of the teeth only creates a gap that may become breeding places for bacteria.

Investing too much on expensive products to treat bad breath immediately is another practice of a person who resorts to fast ways of treating bad breath. However, what the person does not know is that products that promises fast bad breath treatment, especially mouth washes, has high alcohol content that dries the mouth. Eventually, instead of treating bad breath, the product only worsens it. And as a consumer behavior, once the bad breath got worse, he would purchase the product more often.

At the end of the day, the mistake that a person with bad breath commits is the belief that there is a one-shot cure for bad breath; which is definitely wrong and non-existent. The only way to bad breath treatment is to brush, floss, and gargle mouth wash in suggested frequency which is two to three times a day. If oral health care practices are done in the right way at the right times, bad breath can be treated.

Other bad breath treatment ways that should be done in the right amount is consuming food with garlic, onion, and pepper or chili. Too much of these food will cause bad breath. The same should be done in drinking coffee, wine, whiskey, beer, and liquors. Regular munching of aniseed, parsley, spearmint, rosemary leaves or regular gargling of plain water, water with salt, and water with tea tree oil or lemon oil drop will eventually treat bad breath in the long run. Of course, proper diet, which means increasing fruits and vegetable intake, if practiced will also treat bad breath.

Bad breath treatment with a sure and long-run effect is better than fast cure but short-time effect treatment. At the end of the day, the person who do oral health care, proper diet, and of course, dental and medical checkup regularly is the person who takes the lead towards truly getting rid of bad breath.

There are three main protocols in bad breath treatment. First is to know that you have a bad breath; second is to root the cause; and third is to attack and treat the cause of bad breath. Three main protocols that should be done one step at a time.

Know that you have a bad breath. There are five steps to test bad breath presence. First, should lick the back of your hand, let it dry, and smell it afterwards. When you notice a foul odor on the dried saliva, you may be suffering bad breath. Second option is to use your dental floss and smell the floss after use. If the floss has a malodorous smell, bad breath might be present. The tongue might give a sign of bad breath. Go in front of the mirror and hang your tongue as long as you can. See if a whitish color builds in the tongue; this is a sign of bad breath. Also ask an opinion of a close friend if you really have a bad breath but if you are too shy, visit a dentist for Halimeter testing which measures percentage of volatile sulfur compound (VSC) that is in your mouth. When you have done this first protocol, know the cause of bad breath immediately.

There are many causes of bad breath. First is bad oral health care practice. The least you can do to your teeth to keep it plaque and cavity-free is to brush it at least twice a day. However, if you do not do this, plaque and cavity can form causing bad breath. Second cause is the food you eat. You cannot keep yourself from drinking coffee, wine, alcohol and other food that causes bad breath and so, you are the one who suffers in the end. Dry mouth and other chronic diseases are other causes of bad breath. Dry mouth is caused by the failure of the salivary gland to produce saliva because of medication and more. Diseases like diabetes, lung problems, and gastrointestinal difficulties are some chronic causes of bad breath. Once you know what causes bad breath, it is now time to follow the next protocol: cure by attacking the cause.

If the cause of your bad breath is poor oral health care, the best bad breath treatment is to heighten your awareness on the proper ways to clean the mouth and the teeth. By brushing, flossing, and gargling mouthwash, one can surely protect the mouth from bad breath. If the cause of the foul smell, on the other hand, is the food you eat, opt a more healthy and bad breath curing diet. Avoiding food with high carbohydrate compounds and liquids like liquors, alcohol and soda which has high acid level can inhibit one from suffering bad breath. Choosing fruits and vegetables such as avocado, carrots, celery, nuts, and tea, on the brighter side, will not only give a healthier body but also a better-smelling breath. If, worse come to worst, the cause of bad breath are dry mouth and chronic diseases, immediately consult a physician and a dental expert.

These are the three bad breath treatment protocols. Be sure to follow all three in order to be bad breath free.

Bad breath is not as easy to be cured as it seems, especially if it is chronic bad breath. Taking bad breath as something not to worry about or just something that is a click away because remedies to it are all over the internet, or you just rely on your new bought electric toothbrush, think again. When bad breath still continues after several trials of home remedies like monitoring good oral hygiene, the breath might be caused by other diseases that might be more serious than just bacteria build up in the mouth.

Chronic bad breath may be caused by diabetic ketoacidosis or type two diabetes. A person suffers from diabetes if the blood sugar of the body becomes uncontrolled. Excess sugar in the bloodstream affects the breath of the diabetic person causing the breath to smell like the combination of grapes and nail polish.

Constipation or bowel movement problems may also cause bad breath. This occurs when a person does not regularly discharges feces or when there is s problem on the person’s colon. When a person’s colon is blocked, which is medically known as ischemic colitis, the smell of feces goes to the lower throat that causes the foul smell of the breath. When the colon is blocked, digested food builds up and congests in the intestines which become a breeding place for bacteria. Chronic bad breath caused by colon blockage usually happens to people above 80 years old and to triathletes. Triathletes suffer such because of dehydration which is followed by bad smelling breath.

Breath that smells like rotting fish or dried fish, on the other hand, may be a symptom of chronic kidney disease or kidney failure. When the kidney fails to function well, it also fails to filter a chemical substance called creatinine. This chemical is the root of the rotting fish smell of the breath. Yet, selenium poisoning may also cause fishy smell of the breath. Selenium comes from medical supplements and may become poisoning when intake is too high. Eating too many Brazil nuts may also be a source of selenium overdose.

Liver failure which is common to alcoholics and drug abusers is another source of chronic bad breath. However, liver failure might be genetic. Nonetheless, anyone who suffers it may experience breath with a fecal or decomposing smell. Concentrated methyl mercaptan is the source of the smell.

Infected sinuses, nasal cavity, or lungs also causes foul smell of the breath. Because the nasal discharges flow in the throat, the bacteria build up on the throat making the air released from it smell foul and unusual.

Now that it has been seen that chronic bad breath is a serious problem, those who have it might take a step of going to a doctor for a thorough check up and proper medication. Because some things are really beyond what a normal person can do; some things must be brought to real specialists.

When you hear or see the word halitosis, what is the first thing that comes to your mind? Am I asking the right question or should I instead ask whose mouth immediately comes to your mind when you hear or see the word halitosis? Halitosis is the medical term for bad breath. There are many halitosis causes depending on how halitosis is acquired.

First, halitosis can be rooted from poor dental and oral hygiene. Poor dental hygiene branches to a number of dental problems like tooth decay, dental plaque, gingivitis, periodontis, and more. Dental problems start when calcium of the teeth slowly fades. Because of this, the teeth become prone to bacteria attack. Bacteria attack when induced by a person’s inability to regularly brush his teeth and clean his mouth is an early introduction to halitosis.

Second halitosis cause is the health condition of the mouth. When persistent halitosis still occurs despite treatment, mouth problems might be the cause. Pharynx and Larynx Cancer, mouth ulcer, and oral cancer are some of the mouth diseases. However, the most common mouth problem that causes halitosis is xerostomia or dry mouth. Dry mouth is caused by inadequate saliva production that is rooted from medication or may be an effect of organ failure.

Throat conditions must also be regarded in knowing the halitosis cause. Throat ailments that can cause halitosis are tonsillitis, chronic tonsillitis, adenoiditis, pharyngeal pouch, achalasia, esophageal stricture. Throat is the air passage before it reaches the mouth and so if the throat becomes infected by virus or bacteria, the air that passes it smells bad.

Halitosis also occurs if a person suffers nasal and lung diseases like chronic sinusitis, chronic rhinitis, tuberculosis, lung abscess, and more. The smell of the breath is brought through the air breathed out by the person. The foul breath is caused by the bacteria or virus of the disease.

Aside from these sicknesses, chronic diseases also affect breath smell. Diabetes, liver failure, kidney failure, blood defects, digestive problems and many respiratory diseases are causes of halitosis. When a person has diabetes, the smell of his breath is a combination of grape and nail polish smell. Liver failure, on the other hand, produces the odor of feces or decomposing smell. Kidney failure and diseases make the breath smell like rotting fish because of the inability of the organ to filter a chemical called creatinine.

Improper digestion also causes halitosis. The smell of the breath is like feces when a person is not able to discharge feces because of constipation. However, indigestion might be caused by colon blockage. When the colon is blocked, total digestion of food does not occur making the food to congest only in the intestine. Instead of going straight to the anus, the food decomposes in the colon creating foul odor that is being breathed out through the throat to the mouth.

These are some halitosis causes that people can be wary about. Some causes are manageable and can only be treated by proper dental hygiene but some are also serious that must be given proper medical attention. Whatever be the cause of halitosis, the thing is, it is something that should be given attention and cure so that the next time you hear the word halitosis, the first thing that will come to your mind is just memory.
